The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Raiganj P. S. Case No. 196 of 2017 dated 06-03-2017. Earlier there was a direction on 24th January, 2024.
Mr Mukherjee, learned senior advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the Office of the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta has refused to accept service without a certified copy of the order.
Learned senior advocate submits that during the pendency of the present revisional application the evidence of the case has commenced.
Having regard to the change of circumstances, I direct that the petitioner would be at liberty to take up all the points canvassed in this revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings in course of trial as also at the final stage of the arguments of the present case.
With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 257 of 2021 is disposed of.
Pending applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
