On perusal of the case diary, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for interference, although the parties have expressed their intention before this Court that they have compromised. Learned trial court is directed to frame charges within a reasonable period of time from the date of communication of this order.

The petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the deposition of the victim is recorded by the learned trial court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 427 of 2022 is disposed of.

So far as CRAN 2 of 2022 is concerned, the same is dismissed.

Pending any other applications are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
