The present writ petition was preferred for proper 16.07.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.771 Rakib investigation and/or transfer of investigation to a specialized agency, I find that Suri Police Station case no.58/23 dated 17.02.2023 was registered for investigation under Section 354/379/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code against four accused persons. Having regard to the time period which has lapsed in the meantime and the consequences of the investigation being not brought to the notice of this Court, at this belated stage it will not be possible for this Court to pass directions in terms of the prayers in the writ petition.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Tarak Karan, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In case the petitioner is aggrieved by any final outcome of the investigation in connection with Suri Police Station case no. 58/23, the petitioner would be at

liberty to take steps before the jurisdictional Court in seisin of the matter by adhering to the provisions of law. With the aforesaid observations WPA 2504 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
