The petitioner has applied for higher pay scale for having acquired higher qualification in the year 2009. He represented to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purulia on 17th December 2018.

In these circumstances, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purulia shall consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of it in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
