Petitioner claims that a land which belongs to his father, has been fraudulently transferred by forging the deed. According to the petitioner such fraudulent transfer has been taking continuously. Learned advocate for the State submits a report.

Report reflects that pursuant to the information so furnished by the petitioner, Amta PS Case No. 18/2025 dated 06.02.2025 has been registered for investigation.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 5, 6 and 16 submits that there are two persons in the same name which is creating the main confusion. Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 18 and 20 submits that one of the respondents happens to be a witness and the other is the deed writer who has been unnecessarily being impleaded as party to the writ petition.

Having considered the genesis of the case and the fact that the police authorities have already initiated the process of investigation, I am of the view that the police authorities would take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2594 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the complainant.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
