Mr. Mondal appears on behalf of the State and submits that the petitioner has approached this Court after forty-seven years and connected appeals are pending before the Land Acquisition Collector and Additional District Magistrate being the respondent no.5.

I find that the matter was adjourned on 30th July, 2021 when none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the non-appearance on behalf of the petitioner, WPA 3000 of 2021 is dismissed for default. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
