The petitioner had participated in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), 2014 conducted by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education but was unsuccessful, he is praying publication of his result in the said test.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the Board submits that long time has elapsed and the records of the said Test are not available with the Board, besides, the Board had issued a notice on September 14, 2016 enabling the candidates to obtain their result in the said Test upon deposit of

certain fees within a specified time but the petitioner did not apply.

Under such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer of the petitioner. W.P.A. 2503 of 2024 is thus dismissed without any order as to cots.
