Petitioner claims that his right is being disturbed by the respondent nos. 5 to 14.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that three civil cases being TS Case No. 468/2022, TS Case No. 22/2025 and TS Case No. 34/2025 are pending inter se the parties. Having considered that the civil court is already in seisin of the issue, the right, title, interest, possession and accommodation would be the absolute domain of the civil court to decide. This court will not enter into the said arena.

However, in view of the fact that three civil suits are pending and the petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead, accordingly police

authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident takes place because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2850 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
