A copy of the reasoned decision shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date on which such decision is taken.

Needless to say, the direction passed by this Court will hold good if the concerned authority has

not already disposed of the representation of the petitioner.

WPA 2431 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
