Supplementary affidavit submitted on behalf of the 1st petitioner is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the observation made in the order passed on April 10, 2024, the 2nd petitioner has applied for a new permit in Form 1 and has requested the authority to provide the OTP for submission of the application fees. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

However, the concerned authority, being the 4th respondent herein, is directed to provide OTP to the 2nd petitioner in order to enable him to submit the requisite fees pertaining to his application. The application be considered by the authority, in accordance with law. There shall however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
