1. This is an application for restoration of the instant revisional application which stood dismissed on 19.02.2022 for non-appearance of the learned Advocate of the petitioner for the reasons indicated therein.

2. Upon perusal of the averments made in the instant application, this Court is satisfied that the learned Counsel was prevented by sufficient cause in not appearing when the matter was called on.

3. The revisional application is restored to its original file and number.

4. The prayer for restoration is thus allowed and the application being CAN 4 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.
