There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner.

Apparently, the petitioner along with others obtained loan from a bank by submitting fake identity credentials as well as salary certificate.

Requirement of custodial interrogation cannot be overlooked.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

C.R.M. (A) 517 of 2023 is rejected.
