State produces both the case diaries.

The claim of the petitioners is that they were at the police station at the relevant point of time.

The report dated February 7, 2023 states that the petitioners were not present in the police station between 1 O'clock and 2 O' clock on February 27, 2023.

The police complaint was lodged at the behest of the petitioners was at about 2.35 pm.

There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in the incident.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 519 of 2023 is dismissed.
