From the documents, I find that the orders passed by the Director of Pension Provident Fund and Group Insurance one is dated 13.11.2020, but, I am told that the other which is Annexure - P/4 is the final order dated 18.01.2021. In the final order, the said Director directed the petitioner to produce the self-attested photocopy of bills/vouchers and statement of expenditure to the school authority within seven working days from the date of receipt of the said order and after receiving the same, the school authority would consider such attested photocopy of the bills/vouchers as original for verification of the amount, as mentioned therein and after verification of the same

the school authority would issue 'No Liability Certificate' in favour of the petitioner.

The petitioner has not done so and has come before this Court. This Court is unable to grant any relief. I have heard the learned counsel for the present Teacher-inCharge and I do not find any merit in this writ application. Unless the petitioner fully complies with the order passed by the said Director as has been referred to above, no relief can be granted to him.

The writ application being, W.P.A.3013 of 2021 is dismissed. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
