Mr. Tarak Karan ... for the State-respondent(s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of informing the police authorities on or about 15.1.2025 in respect of being allured by the private respondents for providing a job and to that extent, they misappropriated an amount of Rs.3 lakh, no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that Ausgram P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 dated 19.02.2025 has been registered for investigation under the relevant Sections of BNS.

In view of the police authorities having taken steps, I direct the investigating authorities to take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 2817 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
