The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent nos. 5 & 6 to demolish illegal and unauthorized construction carried out by them in Dag No. 1651 of Mouza Ranir Bazar, P.S. Ghatal, District Paschim Medinipur. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that his representation before the Prodhan filed on 13.11.2017 has not been considered till date, for which, he is prejudiced.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the materials on record, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no.

shall consider the representation dated 13.11.2017 (Annexure P6) filed by the petitioner within 60 days from the date of communication of this order, on hearing the parties and by passing a reasoned order, in accordance with law. In case the copy of the representation dated 13.11.2017 is not available with the Prodhan, the

petitioner is at liberty to file a copy of the same which the Prodhan shall consider in accordance with law as directed.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
