Petitioner has prayed for transfer from a school where she was appointed to another school.

Petitioner was selected in connection with 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (AT) for Classes IX and X and pursuant thereto she was appointed as an Assistant Teacher in a school. It is submitted by the learned advocates representing the parties that the selection process i.e. 1st SLST, 2016 for Classes IX and X has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide judgment dated 3rd April, 2025. In terms of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 3rd April, 2025, petitioner has lost job.

In view of aforesaid situation, no scope is left open so far as petitioner is concerned to be transferred from one school to another.

Writ petition stands dismissed.
