In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant has prayed for modification of condition of bail granted on 10.03.2025.

So far as the condition for meeting with the Officer-inCharge of the concerned police station is concerned, the same is modified to the extent that instead of once in a week, the petitioner shall once in a month attend the Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-inCharge of the concerned police station. So far as the other condition for staying outside the jurisdiction of the police station where the victim resides is concerned, the same would be waived by the

concerned trial court after the examination of the victim and her relations are over.

With the aforesaid observations, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
