Learned advocate for the petitioner would submit that service upon all the respondents is not complete. 2.

I, however, find that the writ petition has been filed sometime in February, 2024. Since the petitioner has not completed service, it is apparent that the petitioner is not interest in the matter. Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
