Apprehending arrest in connection with Raghunathganj P. S. Case No.102 of 2020 dated 14.02.2020 under Sections 489B/489C of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner has filed the instant application for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner has been arrested in the meantime and, therefore, the instant application has become infructuous.

In view of the above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
