The petitioner applied to participate in the 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for being appointed as an Assistant Teacher in the subject English (Upper Primary) under the General Category.

The grievance of the petitioner is that due to technical glitch, he could not upload his Bachelor Degree and as a consequence he failed to participate in the written examination conducted by the West Bengal Central School Service Commission in relation to the said selection test. The selection test was concluded long back, at this stage there is no scope to consider the prayer of the petitioner. W.P.A. 2533 of 2023 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
