He complains that the private respondents are disturbing possession of his property. Admittedly, civil suits are pending by and between the petitioner and the private respondents.

There have been complaints and counter complaints by the petitioner and the private respondents against one and another.

Two of such complaints have ended in charge sheets. Three of them have ended in final reports.

The petitioner may seek remedies in the pending civil suit. It appears that in T. S. 1058 of 2018, the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Second Court at Contai has directed the parties to

maintain status quo in respect of the property-inquestion. The petitioner may approach the Court below with an appropriate application for enforcement of the order of status quo, if there is evidence of breach.

The Ramnagar Police shall strictly comply with any specific direction that may be passed by the Civil Court. The Ramnagar Police shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
