There is no other point for adjudication in this writ application. Hence the writ application is allowed and disposed of.

A copy of the offer letter produced before this court by the learned advocate for the West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited is kept on

record.

As no affidavit has been called for in this matter the allegations made against the respondents are deemed to have been not admitted.
