On perusal of the record, it reveals that an affidavitin-reply as affirmed on 11.02.2020 has been filed. 3.
This Court, however, finds no affidavit-in-opposition in this file though learned advocate for the writ petitioner submits before this Court that he has received a copy of the affidavit-in-opposition as affirmed on 19.03.2018. 4.
Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent in virtual mode submits before this Court that he needs instruction as to whether the affidavit-in-opposition has at all been filed or not.

In view of such, the matter is adjourned today. 6.
Let the matter be listed on December 12, 2024 under the same heading.

The affidavit-in-opposition as affirmed on 19.03.2018 is to be filed within one week hence.
