1. The Progressive Bar Association, Ranaghat, DistrictNadia and the Secretary of the Bar Association has approached this Court challenging the order of rejection passed by the District Judge, Nadia (In Charge) refusing to allot a space or room in the proposed Court building.

2. On a perusal of the communication of the District Judge, (In Charge) dated 16th August, 2023 it appears that, the prayer of the petitioners has been rejected on the ground that no room/space can be provided as per the existing plan.

3. The petitioners thereafter renewed the prayer for grant of room/space for running of the bar association.

4. As it appears that, the District Judge (In Charge) has already rejected the prayer of the petitioners for grant of room/space as there is no room or space earmarked in the existing plan, accordingly, there is no scope for directing further consideration of the petitioners' prayer.

5. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
