1. Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since from 01.10.2024. In the meantime, investigation process has been completed by submitting charge-sheet by the prosecuting agency. No purpose will be served by detaining them further behind the bar for sake of custodial interrogation. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State raises objection by submitting that there are sufficient incriminating materials in the case diary which show about prima facie involvement of these accused petitioners with the alleged offence. Fake Currency Notes amounting to Rs.1 Lakh was recovered from the possession of the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners.

3. Perused the materials on record.

4. Keeping in mind their complicity in the crime and after considering the seriousness of the offence, we are not inclined to enlarge the accused petitioners on bail.

5. The application being CRM (DB) 463 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed.
