Apprehending arrest in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.27 of 2016 dated 8.2.2016 in connection with S.I.s S.L.No.49/15-16 dated 6.2.2016 Chanchal Excise Circle, Malda under Sections 18(c)/8(b)/29/46 of the N. D. P. S. Act, the petitioner has filed the instant application for anticipatory bail.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is a fatal mistake in the instant application and, therefore, he wants to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
