The order proposed to be passed in the present application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India would not cause any prejudice to the opposite parties, as such service of notice of the present application upon the opposite parties is dispensed with.

The petitioner is the plaintiff of Ejectment Suit No. 67 of 2013, which is pending before the 2nd Court of learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), at Sealdah. The petitioner by the present revisional application is seeking a direction upon the learned trial Judge for expeditious disposal of the said suit.

The Courts are resuming normal functioning during this Covid-19 pandemic period, at this stage this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for disposal of any lis within a specific period, but considering that the suit has attained the stage of peremptory hearing and the witness action of the

plaintiff is going on. It is expected and desired that the learned trial Judge shall make all endeavour to dispose of the said suit expeditiously and in doing so shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 208 of 2021 is disposed of with the above terms.

No order as to costs.
