The petitioner is a successful candidate in the NEET-UG Examination, 2025. Unfortunately, the petitioner was not allotted any seat even after the various rounds of counselling as well as the stray and special stray round. The petitioner's rank is somewhere in the range of eleven lakh and above. The petitioner belongs to the Scheduled Caste category. 3.

On query from the concerned authority, Ms. Deboleena Ghosh, learned Advocate for the WBMCC submits that there are no vacant seats in this category available at present. She further submits that the admission process and the rounds of

counselling have already been exhausted and is over and the petitioner cannot be accommodated in any manner. 4.

In view of the afore-stated, the writ petition is dismissed. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
