The State of West Bengal and another The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings as well as the order dated 31.07.2007 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta in Complaint Case No.C/1860 of 2009.
I have perused the allegations made in the petition of complaint as well as initial statement of the witnesses in support of the case, which are enclosed along with the revisional application. I have also considered the contentions advanced in the revisional application which are factual in nature and requires to be proved by way of evidence.
Having regard to the contentions in the revisional application, I am of the opinion that no interference can be made in respect of the order under challenge as well as the proceedings so pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 8th Court, Calcutta.
Accordingly, CRR 210 of 2010 is dismissed.
Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
