It appears that after the order passed on 3rd March, 2020 in C.R.M. 1135 of 2020, the petitioner surrendered before the learned Court below and obtained regular bail. There is no adverse report against the petitioner. Upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been filed. In view thereof, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 3rd March, 2020 passed in C.R.M. 1135 of 2020, to the effect that the petitioner "shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders", is waived. The application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of.
