Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that no objection has been given in her favour by the school. A cost of Rs. 5,000/- was imposed upon the Headmaster to be paid to the petitioner which has also been paid on 05.04.2022. The money receipt in original has been produced before this court which is kept on record.

There is no other point of adjudication in this writ application and this writ application is, therefore, disposed of as allowed.
