Re : An application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 29.02.2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judged, Fast Track, Court no.6 at Alipore in connection with Criminal Appeal No. 231 of 2018.

The subject matter of challenge related to the order dated 03.09.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Alipore in connection with the prayers relating to interim relief under the relevant provisions of the PWDV Act, 2005. I have perused the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judged, Fast Track, Court no.6 at Alipore, South 24 Parganas in Criminal Appeal No. 231 of 2018. The said order was in respect of interim relief during the final determination of rights by the parties, which would be passed after the evidence is adduced by the parties.

Considering the same, I am of the opinion no interference is called for at this stage by this court. The order dated 29.02.2020 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judged, Fast Track, Court no.6 at Alipore, South 24 Parganas is hereby affirmed.

Consequently, the present revisional application being CRR 262 of 2021 is dismissed.
