Petitioner complains that petitioner is disturbed at the behest of the private respondents in enjoying his own land. Petitioner has already approached the learned executive magistrate.

However, learned executive magistrate is not the authority to decide right, title and interest of the property.

Report submitted by the state reflects that proceeding has been drawn up under section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and steps have been taken by the police authorities.

However, having considered that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, the police authorities would keep a

strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace or tranquility takes place at the locale.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 2548 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
