Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the mistake is apparent in the cause title wherein the name of the petitioner has been mentioned as "Rabiu Haque", instead of "Rabiul Haque".

The cause title may accordingly be corrected and the order dated 19.02.2024 shall always be read conjointly with this order.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
