The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to supply the information sought for under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Learned advocate representing the Board submits, upon instruction, that the information was duly communicated to the petitioner Vide Memo No.

1754/BPE/RTI/2022 dated February 9, 2022.

The queries of the petitioner and the replies thereto by the Board are as follows:

Query 1: What is my position in the merit list? Reply 1: You are not included in the Merit List/s. Query 2: Is there any waiting list or not regarding the Employment in the year-2014.

Reply 2: No.

Query 3: How many candidates are invited in which Category?

Reply 3: All the valid and eligible applicants were invited Medium and Category wise.

Query 4: How many number I have got in academic and Professional qualification, Extra-curriculum Activity and Extra.

Reply 4: Your candidature was rejected.

It appears from records that the petitioner has already been intimated with regard to the query she sought for from the respondent authority, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Instruction given by the Board to its learned advocate be retained with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties after completion of all legal formalities.
