Pursuant to the order dated 29th April, 2024 and 13th June, 2025, learned Registrar General has forwarded the report of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, FTC-3, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

Perusal of the report indicates that the case is not progressing on account of non-appearance of some of the accused persons. There are eight accused persons in the present case. The adjournment also took place on account of bar resolution. However, learned Additional District & Sessions Judge has assured that he shall conclude the trial by fixing two dates in each and every month as early as possible.

In view of the above, learned Trial Court is directed to conduct the proceeding expeditiously by fixing two dates in each month.

The State shall also ensure that the process issued by the Court is duly executed.

The parties shall not take any unnecessary adjournments. 6.

The petition is disposed of with the direction to dispose of the proceedings expeditiously in accordance with the law. 7.

Copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court. 8.
