This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the school authorities in processing her pension papers. 2.

Mr. Jana, counsel appearing on behalf of the school authorities submits that online submission has been completed by the petitioner and the only requirement left is that the petitioner is required to come to the school to sign on the service book so that all documents are in a state of completeness.

In light of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to go to the school on March 12, 2021 at 11-00 A.M. and the teacher-in-charge is directed to ensure that all the formalities are completed on that day, thereafter, the school authorities are directed to send the documents to the authorities concerned within a period of seven days. The authorities concerned are directed to act expeditiously

in the matter of issue of Pension Payment Order and start the pension of the petitioner.

Needless to mention the arrear dues with regard to the pension of the petitioner be paid expeditiously. 5.

With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
