Though the petitioner seeks to challenge the subsequent order dated 19th February, 2026, which takes care of the petitioner's objection upon hearing the petitioner, by introducing the same by way of an affidavit, however, Mr. Mondal, learned advocate representing the petitioner after arguing the matter for some time, on instruction, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh by incorporating an appropriate challenge to the said order.

This Court without going into the issue of maintainability of the writ petition dismisses the writ petition as withdrawn without any adjudication on merits. The petitioner may proceed in accordance with law on the selfsame cause of action.
