The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Complaint Case No. C-0030349/2015 under Sections 138/141 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta as also the orders passed therein.
This revisional application was lastly heard on 04.02.2016 with there being limited interim order for a period of two weeks from the said date.
The interim order so passed was never extended and there has been no persuasion in respect of this revisional application. The contentions advanced in this revisional application relate to mixed question of facts and law which can be addressed in course of trial and final argument of the case. Accordingly, no interference is called for. The revisional application being CRR 79 of 2016 is, thus, dismissed.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
