Kulpi Police Station, South 24 Parganas has not taken steps to investigate a complaint of blockage of drain by the private respondents.

This Court is of the view that the dispute is purely civil in nature and the petitioner may avail appropriate civil remedy in this regard.

The I.C. Kulpi Police Station, South 24 Parganas, shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
