1. The present revision has been preferred against an order dated December 6, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fifth Court at Calcutta in G.R. No.3023 of 2000 under Sections 429,380,467,468,471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. By the said order under revision, the learned Trial Court was pleased to reject the prayer for adjournment and issued a non-bailable warrant against the accused.
3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since the date of listing.
4. As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Ms. Puspita Saha, learned Advocate, who is present in Court is requested to represent the State. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize her appointment.
5. Considering the nature of relief prayed for and the fact that the proceedings in this case relates to the year 2019, the present revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned Trial Court shall proceed with the trial in the present case in accordance with law.
6. All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.
7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
8. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned Trial Court for compliance.
9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
