Vs.

Rona Paul (Sarkar) The present revision has been preferred praying for quashing of a complaint case being A.C No.5568 of 2019 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas arising out of complaint case (Petition) under Section 200 and 97 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

There is no appearance on behalf of either sides. The present revision relates to the year 2020. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, the revisional application is disposed of.

The petitioner is at liberty to agitate the points taken in the revision before the trial court.

The criminal revision accordingly stands disposed of. All applications connected thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
