,, The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the letter dated 14th January, 2021.

The respondent No.1 is represented and submits that this is a case of splitting up load of electric connection and the appropriate remedy of the petitioner is to approach the Ombudsman.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, I direct the petitioner to make an appropriate representation before the Ombudsman raising his grievances pertaining to the splitting up load in respect of the electric connection for domestic purpose pertaining to subject premises. If such application is made within a period of two weeks, the Ombudsman is directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law after granting an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties.

With the aforesaid directions, W.P.A. 3068 of 2021 is disposed of.
