The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in Bengali (Pass) at Tentulmuri High Madrasah, District: Purba Burdwan.

The petitioner has submitted a representation to the Secretary, West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission, the respondent no. 4 herein, for general transfer.

The petitioner is praying that the said respondent may be directed to consider the said representation. WPA 3069 of 2021 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner praying general transfer which is appearing at page 45 of the writ petition being Annexure P-6 in accordance with law.

The petitioner is directed to serve a complete copy of the writ petition along with the copy of this order to the said respondent.

There shall be no order as to costs.
