Mr. Debashis Banerjee .....for the petitioner.

The revisional application was preferred by the father challenging the order passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board at Garia, South 24 Parganas in connection with Jadavpur P. S. Case No. 294 dated 06.04.2010 under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier, on 12th August, 2021 a report was called for by this court. Accordingly, the Officer-in-Charge, Jadavpur P.
