Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner stands on the same footing as Ramesh Sardar @ Hansa whose prayer for bail was rejected on February 18, 2022 passed in CRM (DB) 61 of 2022. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that the petitioner stands on the same footing as that of that co-accused whose prayer for bail was rejected on
February 18, 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (DB) 430 of 2022 is dismissed.
