Rabia Khatoon

Versus

The State of West Bengal & Anr.

Mr. Sunny Nandy, Mr. Subha Pathak, Mr. Tamal Singha Roy ...for the petitioner.

Mr. Habibur Rahaman.

...for the opposite party no.2.

The execution cases referred to by the learned advocate for the petitioner are of the year 2018 and 2020. Learned advocate submits that there are huge dues and, as such, the petitioner was compelled to file execution cases.

Learned advocate for the opposite party no.2/husband is present.

Having regard to the fact that one of the execution case is pending for more than four years and another more than two years, I direct the learned Magistrate to dispose of the execution proceedings after exhausting harsher process of law and by fixing at least three dates in a month and take the execution cases to its logical conclusion within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, CRR 434 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
