This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 1349 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 5th Court at Alipoore, 24-Parganas (South).

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date.

Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and having perused the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 5th Court at Alipore to dispose of Title Suit No. 1349 of 2022 as expeditiously as the

business of the learned Trial Court would permit without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

C.O. 402 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
