The revisional application was filed in the year 2012 in respect of Maynaguri Police Station Case No.680 of 2008 under Sections 498A/328/109 of the Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Sur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted a document downloaded electronically and received from the Maynaguri Police Station which reflects that the accused persons in connection with Maynaguri Police Station Case No.680 of 2008 has been acquitted under Section 235(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Having regard to the same the revisional application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act in terms of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
